Is public transit usable in Oakleaf Plantation?

Hi all, Median household income is $110,521, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from Dallas about 2 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good healthcare facilities
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Rising rent and home prices

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are affordable, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.
