Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Oakleaf Plantation sits at 604.3 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Any help is appreciated. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
