Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $2,333 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
