Things Oakton needs to improve

Hey, Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Moved here from Baltimore about 2 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to housing market but No regrets on my end..
