Things Oakwood needs to improve

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,269 for rent here. Household incomes average around $61,191 in Oakwood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
