Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $350,100, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
