Is Oasis a good place to live?

Alright, It's a a small town city with about 4,455 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 7 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to food scene but Happy to answer more specific questions..
