Anyone regret moving to Oatfield?
Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 12,709, Oatfield is a small town. Rent is about $1,974/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
