Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $103,483 in Oatfield. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thanks in advance! The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much manageable but now it's challenging.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The school system is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've lived in Westside for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The weather scene is underrated
The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Can feel isolated
Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for young professionals. Hope this helps!.

- Active local events and festivals
- The walkability scene is solid
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
