Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,974 for rent here. Homes are going for about $523,900 on average. With a population of 12,709, Oatfield is a small town. Rent is about $1,974/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
