What surprised you most about Oatfield?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 12,709, Oatfield is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Oatfield? Thanks for reading. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Affordable housing options
- The food scene scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
