I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $73,775, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $207,500, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 8,054 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
