How is the nightlife in Ocala?

Alright, Household incomes average around $53,520 in Ocala. Rent is about $1,230/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,230 for rent here. With a population of 64,903, Ocala is a smaller city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Highland. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in education. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
