I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 1,777 people. Homes are going for about $290,400 on average. The median home value here is around $290,400, which seems about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts?
