Moved here from Houston about 13 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to cost of living but No regrets on my end..

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The dating scene is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Midtown. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in construction. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
