Things Ocean Pines needs to improve

OK so I've been here for 20 years and Homes are going for about $352,600 on average. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $91,400 in Ocean Pines. Rent is about $1,923/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons:
- High property taxes
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Limited cultural events
- Not enough green space
Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.
