Considering Ocean Pointe vs Minneapolis -help me decide

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $877,600 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 6 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.
