Hello, Crime rate is something to consider -Ocean View sits at 45.9 per 100K. Homes are going for about $483,600 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
