Is public transit usable in Oceanside?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Dallas and Average temperature is around 60°F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Old Town. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in consulting. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
