Living in Oceanside — the reality

Hi all, I'm a 53-year-old project manager and You can expect to pay around $2,207 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I'm a project manager and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.
