Pros and cons of Ocoee after 7 years

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $93,292 in Ocoee. Rent is about $1,858/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Cheers.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
