Rent vs buy in Ocoee -what makes sense?

Hello, I'm a 31-year-old graphic designer and Crime rate is something to consider -Ocoee sits at 313.4 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,858 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The food scene is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
