Working in Odenton -salaries realistic?

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $126,455 in Odenton. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Used to live on the West side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
