Odenville in the winter -how bad?
Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 6 months ago and The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,265/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 5,015 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
