How is the nightlife in Odessa?

Median household income is $73,030, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $208,000 on average. Rent is about $1,322/month for a decent place. It's a a mid-size city city with about 114K people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Phoenix it's surprisingly good.
