Hey folks, Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 114K, Odessa is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $208,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do?
