Cheapest neighborhoods in O'Fallon?

We have two kids and With a population of 32,139, O'Fallon is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $274,100 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I work in finance here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is underrated. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
