Alright, I'm single, late 50s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 92,697 people. Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Downtown. It's surprisingly good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in engineering. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Asian.
