Relocating to O'Fallon, MO -pros and cons?

Hi all, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 92,697 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Bought a house here in 2016 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
