Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The safety is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much developing but now it's average.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
