My partner and I are deciding between Ogden and Allen for our next move. We care most about:

Rent tip: look for places in January-February. Prices drop and there's more availability.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Highland Park. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Southside and Maple Heights are perfectly safe.
