Just moved here 2 months ago and Homes are going for about $130,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
