First time home buyer in Ojus

Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $298,500, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned?

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The housing market is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
