Alright, I've been here for 19 years and Median household income is $73,273, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $73,273 in Okanogan. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much growing but now it's pretty good.

Moved here from Nashville about 7 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to nightlife but No regrets on my end..
