Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $215,100 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $66,702 in Oklahoma City. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
