How is Olathe for outdoor activities?

OK so I'm a 49-year-old firefighter and Rent is about $1,314/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $112,232 in Olathe. Homes are going for about $340,600 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
