Hey, Household incomes average around $106,934 in Old Bridge. The median home value here is around $457,800, which is pretty steep. With a population of 28,015, Old Bridge is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Old Bridge sits at 11.8 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've lived in South for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Strong sense of community
- The cost of living scene is decent
The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Nightlife is limited
Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The public transit is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.
I've been in Greenfield for 8 years. Moved from Salt Lake City for quality of life. Here's my honest, detailed take:
**Housing:**
The market right now is underrated. We bought in 2018 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. The market is competitive but not impossible.
**Employment:**
finance is strong here. finance is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are developing for the area.
**Quality of Life:**
I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor scene is average - we have beaches within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.
**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Greenfield schools are tough. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.
**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Rising rent and home prices. Not very walkable outside downtown. And dating scene can be frustrating.
**Bottom line:**
For singles, I'd say this is a 5/10. Definitely worth checking out.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
