I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Old Forge sits at 76.0 per 100K. The median home value here is around $169,700, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
