Couple moving to Old Orchard Beach from out of state

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 16 months ago and Median household income is $65,842, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
