Best hidden gems in Oldsmar
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 50s, and Homes are going for about $346,900 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Oldsmar sits at 113.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Close to nature
- Low taxes
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure
Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Hot summers
- Rising rent prices
- Sprawl everywhere
- Mosquitoes and humidity
