Top 5 things I love about Olean
Hey folks, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Olean sits at 333.4 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
