Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and With a population of 46,538, Olive Branch is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $98,421 in Olive Branch. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
