Career opportunities in Olivehurst, CA

I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 7.2%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Meadowbrook. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
