Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $2,409/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
