Is Olney a good place to live?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 36,000, Olney is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $632,400 on average. Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Friendly people
- Strong sense of community
- Active local events

- Boring for young people
- Far from major airports
