Alright, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $107,381 in Olympia Heights. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Denver about 8 years ago. The main reasons were family and quality of life.
Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Property taxes are high
Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are stable, gas is tough.
Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
