Pros and cons of Olympia after 6 years
Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $457,900 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
