I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $230,100 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,150 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
