What's it really like living in Omao?

First post here. Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $946,400, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $87,308 in Omao. With a population of 1,429, Omao is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Came here for retirement and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The outdoor recreation is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Cedar Grove area are challenging. Kids love it here.
