How are the schools in O'Neill?

Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $712 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
